Meet the Papillion Animal Hospital Team
Meeting a new vet can be really hard for both an owner and a pet, which is why we strive to be customer-centric, providing a personal touch by getting to know our patients during each and every visit.
Dr. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2002 and Master of Arts from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2005. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. He was an associate veterinarian at a two doctor practice for about 4 years in Papillion.
Dr. Mike is a member of the Nebraska Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Sons of The American Legion, and the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his active five-year-old daughter Cora and wonderful wife Kim. His four-legged family includes two dogs, Oscar and Obi, and clinic cats, Nero and Reyna.
Dr. Dan grew up in Omaha before attending Fresno Pacific University and earning his Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2006. In 2011, Dan earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State with honors. Dan returned to Fresno, California, to practice medicine for four years and to get married. Last year Dan moved to Omaha to be part of the Papillion Animal Hospital Team.
When Dan is not at the clinic, he likes to watch TV with his cat Skabz, have adventures with his beautiful wife Jordan and daughter, and play disc golf with friends and family.
As a Papillion native, Dr. Haden fits in perfectly here at PAH.
Dr. Kelly received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State in 2020. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is being invited into the wonderful families of her patients and earning their trust to car for them.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and husband as well as their adorable corgi-mix, June. She also enjoys hiking, running, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Matt grew up in Gretna. He has always enjoyed working with exotics and reptiles. As a kid growing up, he noticed there wasn’t many Veterinarians caring for exotics, which sparked his interest in pursuing a degree as an Exotic Anima Veterinarian.
He enjoys caring for working dogs, exotic and companion pets. Dr. Matt received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State in 2014.
When Dr. Matt is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, fishing and caring for all of his exotic pets. Dr Matt is one of a handful of Exotic Veterinarians in the area and we are lucky to have him as a part of the team!
